These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and max885 ("max885," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the max885 online gaming platform, including but not limited to the website at max885.org, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any services offered therein ("Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the max885 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the max885 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time, all of which form part of the binding agreement between you and max885.

Access to and use of the max885 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active max885 account.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of max885 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not have previously had a max885 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

max885 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC, passport, or equivalent). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering a max885 account. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, residential address, and contact details. Any deliberate misrepresentation of registration information — particularly as to age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active max885 account at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, from the same device, same IP address range, or using the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. max885 employs technical and investigative means to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals, or accrued bonuses across all associated accounts may be voided at max885's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your max885 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. max885 shall not be liable for any losses — whether financial or otherwise — resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify max885 support immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

As part of its obligations under internationally recognised gaming authority frameworks, max885 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

max885 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment channels including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), and other methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time. The list of available payment methods is displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may vary based on your jurisdiction and account verification status.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is as displayed in the Cashier section at the time of the request. max885 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which max885 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit into your max885 account, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. max885 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including verification of the payment method and identity of the account holder. Withdrawals will not be processed where an account is under investigation or has an unresolved dispute.

All transactions on the max885 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). max885 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

All bets placed on the max885 Platform are subject to these Terms and any additional game-specific rules published within the relevant game lobby or sportsbook section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type.

max885 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in circumstances including but not limited to: clear errors in odds or pricing; verifiable evidence of match-fixing or irregular match circumstances; technical malfunctions affecting the game or odds; or any circumstance where max885 reasonably determines the integrity of the wager has been compromised.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the max885 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details — selection, stake, and type — are correct before confirmation.

max885 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each promotion, which will be clearly communicated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

max885 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. The use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any form of bonus abuse or exploitation, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the max885 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, or with any party involved in the determination of the outcome of any game or event, for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, result manipulation, or any conduct intended to undermine the integrity of any sporting or gaming event.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or any unintended features of the Platform to obtain a financial advantage.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or harassing conduct toward max885 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited.

All content on the max885 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of max885 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The max885 trademark, trade name, and associated branding elements are the exclusive property of max885.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without max885's express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, max885 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gambling outcomes, system downtime, payment delays, unauthorised account access, or reliance on any information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit max885's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

max885 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

max885 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at any time and at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; reasonable belief of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within a specified timeframe; or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via the last used payment method.

You may request the closure of your max885 account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests — whether temporary or indefinite — will be processed promptly in accordance with max885's Responsible Gaming policy.

max885 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is strictly available to players aged 21 and above. max885 provides a range of responsible gaming tools within every account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. max885 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, max885 and the Player agree to seek resolution through an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

max885 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the max885 Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure.
